About Your Visit
On your first visit, you will need to complete paperwork on your health history, medications and insurance coverage, which can be updated on future visits as needed. Below is information on what to expect and information related to patients with Medicare and patients with commercial insurance.
Call 911 if you are seriously injured or feel you need emergency care. Emergency responders will help you decide the best course of action.
Before you see your provider
Visit MyChart and request access or look for an email from MyChart@tmcaz.com to complete your new-patient registration.
Since health plan benefits vary, and the amount of your financial obligation and or copay at the time service may also vary, remember to review your specific plan coverage. Your insurance card information will help us verify your coverage.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your first appointment to allow us to process your paperwork and make the necessary preparations for your visit with us.
During your appointment
During your visit is your opportunity to review any questions or concerns you have about your health with your provider. This may include additional examinations or questions from your provider.
While at the TMCOne clinic, we ask that you observe the processes of the office and keep note of the following:
- Was there someone who went above and beyond somehow?
- Was there something that you didn’t like about your visit?
- Is there something that you believe could be improved upon?
- Did the office staff make you feel comfortable while you were in the office?
Our goal is to make sure your experience was comfortable and accommodating, and that we are able to serve you to the best of our ability.
